Good Fire for Wildfire Resilience

The Bear River Prescribed Burn Association is planning a prescribed burn during the upcoming burn window, weather and conditions permitting. This burn is part of a community-based effort to reduce hazardous fuels, improve defensible space, support ecosystem health, and build local prescribed fire capacity.

Final ignition will only occur when weather, smoke, staffing, equipment, and site conditions are within the approved prescription.
